RRC offers HUD-approved, onsite Post-Purchase Education workshops. Homeowners are encouraged to attend whether they have specific homeownership questions or just want to make sure they are on the right track. This interactive webinar complements our Homebuyer Education webinar and aims to help metro Atlanta homeowners avoid foreclosure and get the most out of homeownership. This engaging and interactive webinar is led by a certified housing counselor along with community experts in the field. Topics covered include: - Financial Planning - Taxes and Insurance - Home Maintenance and Repairs - Home Safety - Budgeting for Homeownership - Mortgage Options and Refinancing - Home Greening and Weatherization - Community Engagement.
